Support ArchLinux-based packages using `pacman`

To be easily installed on ArchLinux-based distros (Manjaro, EndeavourOS...) using pacman, we need to provide an AUR package.

It seems to be supported by Go Releaser (DDEV generates AUR packages using Go Releaser).

Note that the legacy CLI has a package, that we may need to retire as well.
