Design review user management

Known issues:

• [x] Search field, input has a fixed background color
• [x] No space between Search and Filter on narrow screens
• [x] Theme button in header has border (which it does not have on the design)
• [x] Rows are too high
• [x] Checkbox in table cannot be clicked. Only rows can be clicked.
• [x] ... action menu button has border (should be flat according to design)
• [x] Hovering rows does no longer show delete icon
• [x] Column names has no spaces on narrow screens
• [x] Column headers have visible resize | handles (also they disappear when resizing). The design does not have |.
• [x] Fonts in column headers are too big. They are 14 pt. but in the design they are only 12 pt but bold (smaller than the rows).
• [x] Font color changes when hovering (should be the same according to design)
• [x] Checkboxes are too big according to design, and color is off (it's black)
• [ ] Border color on check boxes are white in dark mode (should be darker as in the design)
• [ ] Role badge font color is grey (should be white as in the design)
• [x] Invite user button is white in dark mode, should be grey as in the design
• [ ] Column header border is cutoff when navigation with keyboard
• [ ] Dark mode is black. The design is very dark blue/gray
• [ ] It's no longer possible to click on the Invited Users, User Group tabs
• [ ] Breadcrumbs are 16 pt, in the design they are only 14 pt (same size as normal text)
