Is it possible to support the PlatoformIO Extension within the vscode.dev Browser-Based Environment? It will make live so much easisier especially during mobile coding on mobile devices only with installed Browser and network access.

Yes, vscode.dev and the likes are getting more common, and Chrome supports access to serial devices https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/12576972?hl=en

Yes, platformio cannot load properly. You can replicate it by installing https://github.com/coder/code-server and then install platformio
