[Feature-Request] Update nrfjprog

platformio/tool-nrfjprog is very old at version 9.7.2 and does not support nrf52833. The current version of nrfjprog is now 10.17.2 which supports all the new Nordic SOC's.

This is mainly used for the erase command, so not that much of an issue, but nice to have :smile:
