Build for FOTA upload

Hi guys,

how do I compile/build for FOTA upload? https://developer.mbed.org/forum/team-63-Bluetooth-Low-Energy-community/topic/5169/

Mbed platform allows you to choose this, e.g. compile as standalone firmware, or compile for FOTA (includes bootloader).
