Add support for LILYGO boards

I want to support some LILYGO boards that include SIM card, GPS and more. The boards are available on their GitHub repository: https://github.com/Xinyuan-LilyGO

The ones I would like to have support are:

• LILYGO® TTGO T-SIM7000G
• LILYGO®Módulo TTGO SIM7600E-H / SIM7600G-H R2
