Update board definitions for Moteino and MoteinoMEGA

Currently, platformio is using older board definitions for the Moteino and MoteinoMEGA which has a bug on pin definitions and is causing issues with compiling for ATmega1284P based boards. Downloading and using the definitions from the current location for the board definitions corrects this issue.

Suggest platformio uses this location to download the Moteino board definitions.
