FR: Add a linter to enforce tag case

Its frustrating to have duplicate tags like #applied-science and #appliedScience and #AppliedScience cluttering up my tags.

Describe the Solution You'd Like

It would be good to get it automatically linted to a single case. (ideally camelCase) so whenever there is a tag, just change the case to match the selected type.

Please include an example where applicable:

When selecting camelCase, and after typing:

You get linted to:

#expectedOutcome
