fix Tag builder: Allow tag in table_for

Similar to the issue of the pull request #210, but in this case permit the tag builder be created on a table_for

Hi @JNajera,

Please rebase this PR as some test issues have been fixed (see #265). I'll make sure we review your changes once the tests are passing!

Thanks for the PR, but unfortunately, I'll be closing it due to inactivity. Also, note that we have recently released a v2 beta, with some breaking changes (including replacement of select2) so if you wish to make another issue or PR in the future, make sure you take a look at that latest version
