Adding item to kasa cloud

Hello,

I am trying to see if I can get a mock device connected to the kasa cloud, and be controlled remotely. I have tried with the github.com/plasticrake/tplink-smarthome-simulator It works locally to add the devices, but when I go in the app to register them it just doesn't show up in the cloud. I was hopping there was some docs that can lead me towards that.
