Will this plugin support TP Link Cameras?

Just wondering if this plugin has support for TP Link cameras like KC100 as an example. I know HomeKit now supports secure video cameras. I didnt know if this plugin has support for it or has plans to support it.

I don't have any cameras myself, and I'm not sure how open they are to control. However if anyone points me to similar support in other software I may be able to get it to work (and hopefully has a camera I can use to test with)
