Problem in install

I want to install this package in my enviroment,But failed too many time,Now I have installed monocle3 and cicero,It release an error like Error: package ‘cicero’ 1.3.9 was found, but >= 1.4.4 is required by ‘Socrates’, and I don't know how to install cicero-1.4.4 I must say, this package is the hardest to install I've ever seen!
