[Bug]: Project owner deleted, can't regain access

Current behaviour
I'm running Planka on TrueNAS Scale (Dragonfish-24.04.0), I've created a project, with multiple lists and cards last month. I believe (I can't remember exactly the order...) I changed the name of my admin account and gave myself access to the project before deleting the old admin account.
It's just emerged that I'm no longer the project owner and cannot add new boards or edit current ones. Is there any way for me to restore myself as the project owner so I can fully manage the project again? I really don't want to recreate the project as it was a lot of work to setup!

I would be keen for the default admin to be able to see all projects as a fallback recovery method.

We've added this in the v2 :)
This has been resolved in v2, but feel free to reopen this if the issue persists.
