[FEATURE REQUEST] Add support for "Smart Links" (in Trello jargon)

First off: HOLY JEEZ this tool is amazing. I've been looking for something to believe in since Trello got purchases by atlassian. I used to recommend Trello for so much before it started locking things down. Thank you so much for creating and maintaining this.

I am most familiar with the simplest form of these, where if one pastes a link to another card on a board (either in a card description, a comment, or a task), that link is transformed dynamically into the title of the card. I found this particularly helpful for "epic" cards, where each task pointed to another related card. But it's very versatile feature.

I believe it has expanded to work for some links outside the trello world (e.g., pasting a youtube link). Though my specific request is for "smart links" within the single trello board. I only mention the extended features of trello, in case it informs how one might like to architect such a feature :)
