[Feature Request] @mentions

It would be great to be able to mention via @ another user. (The given user would receive a oncard notification even if he does not follow the card.)

Mentions should be possible in description and comments. For me this is the last missing feature before we can use Planka in production. Now we are afraid customers will miss informations about changes and comments.
