[Feature Request] Add version number in web UI

It would be helpful to be able to quickly check out Planka's version when debugging and switching between versions.

You're right there. There's no about page right now. I will put this on our short term things to add. Funny, but so far we never thought about this.

I also would love to see the Planka version number in the web UI, and there actually is an About Planka section, which you can see by following these steps:

(Tap user name at top-right) → Settings → About Planka

Any chance we could get a version number displayed on that About Planka section, perhaps even included in an upcoming release? 😊
