Better documentation regarding hot and cold boot.

I work in high resolution. I do a soft reset or hard reset and the Atari boots in low resolution. I turn the Atari off and on and I have high resolution again.

Why does Atari boot in low resolution? Attiny has a high resolution saved.

It's by design, it's virtually impossible to distinguish a hot reboot (reset) from a mode switch; so many things that differ between physical machines.

But I'll update the documentation with this. I've mentioned this on forums, not here. :)
