LG Flatron M1921A-BZ doesn't accept 15KHz

Model: LG Flatron M1921A-BZ (M1921AH) Manufactured: October 2007 Message: Out of range

Tested with C128 (RGBi) to VGA (RGB) It doesn't show RGB-DTV input (only RGB).

NOTE (from http://15khz.wikidot.com/): Beware of the "M" version - easy to be mistaken for a 1921A which works perfectly.
