Cannot login using 'basic user' planet credentials (withplanet.co account)

Whenever we login with our withplanet.co credentials which is a 'basic user' account according to the planet site, log in fails.

"Login failed!

@vermeulendivan @ThiashaV is this one still an issue? There was a brief outage before the holidays that could have caused this.

@ThiashaV Did you have a look at this one again? John said it might have been a temporary issue unrelated to the plugin.
