Update temporal analysis workflow to take advantage of sdk

This work updates the temporal analysis workflow to take advantage of the sdk v2. It also breaks up the one notebook into prepare notebook for getting the field aois, temporal2.py script for calculating stats on planet cogs that intersect the fields, and visualize notebook for visualizing the results. A PDF of slides giving an overview of the project is included, and running instructions are provided in the README.

The notebooks are pretty rough and lack much in the way of documentation, intro, or guidance. But the code works. The notebooks should be updated to a level of quality similar to the old notebook.
