How do I turn off the chat errors?

I tried from the config by changing this line # Mute carriage-motion errors completely B:MuteAllMotionErrors=true from true to false (since it was true in the first place), now I tried changing it to true again. I still get a lot of errors in the chat, what's strange is that sometimes it doesn't give me any error, other times it starts spamming a lot of errors in the chat when the carriage hits a block.

Also how do I craft / make a Carriage Rotator?

Remain in Motion needs work in a lot of places. I might go back and start fixing some things, since I've been playing more Minecraft this past week. The Carriage Rotator doesn't work well enough to consider it stable, so it doesn't have a recipe.
