Update Planetary info on scuttlebutt.nz

The info about Planetary on scuttlebutt.nz is a bit outdated. At the very least we should add our current logo. I've seen mentions of Planetary on two pages:

I updated the handbook section, but it's not clear where scuttlebutt.nz is hosted. I reached out to mikey to see whats up with that.
