Notification popup appears when trying to scroll to next tutorial messages

When you open the app for the first time you may want to scroll through all tutorial messages by clicking the right arrow in the bottom right of the first tutorial message. Once you reach the notifications tab you are prompted to receive notifications which is slightly disruptive and the system popup gets displayed over the tutorial message and interrupts you.

Perhaps we should somehow smooth out this experience.

This shouldn't ask for Notifications permission if the Help tab is open.
