add posthog logging for search terms and number of results

We're not sure why we're losing users when they join. I noticed one user search for 'vegan' when they signed up, didnt' find anything, and assumed there were no vegans on planetary.

If we logged in posthog all of our search terms and the number of results and if they clicked one, we'd know a lot.
