Share / post images from within planetary

Any users in ssb can publish linking to a blob. When a user long taps an image it should bring up an option to either download the image to the main storage of their device or make a new post using that image. This would be a fast way of letting folks share. Ideally we'd put in the meta data on the post that it has a tangle reference to what it's shared from.

This isn't tag sharing, just i want to post on ssb using the same blob as somebody else.
