Update configuration name when updating profile

Planetary lets you switch between "configurations" in the debug settings, but the name of each configuration is just the name that you set up during initial onboarding. If you change your name on the profile screen then it won't update the name of the configuration. This can be confusing to users, and will present a problem if we stop requiring users to set a username during onboarding.
