Push events to my relays when i repost / reference an event

As a user of Nos want to share content. When i publish something which references an event or reposts it, maybe with the exception of reports... it should also repost the referenced events. That way when i repost an e event or quote post it, it should be easier for folks in other clients to get it, because they can get it from the same relays.

This should be very easy to impliment and would prevent us from seeing note links and reposts where they don't load.
