Markdown links don't work for notes

Describe the bug

When viewing markdown cotent in Nos we can't click on notes if they're using markdown links.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to event id: note1qg7ezzxszfz9xr6c4dgk9prw0yje28x3ars9q7sxnk9nkcarvsqs8aksy0
2. Look at the post... you should be able to tap on [the full convo here]
3. But our rendering does not make that a clickable link.
4. See error

Expected behavior

Markdown links should work, they don't.
