[Figma] Create an App source of truth page in the Nos project

Today there is no singular source of truth for design in Figma. This presents challenges when we're trying to verify how the app should look or operate.

Moving forward new designs need to be added to an App source of truth page in Figma.

For this ticket start with the following screens:

• Home feed
• Discover tab
• Settings (just the menu fly out)
• Profile
• Edit Profile

Everything should match what is live in the app today.

Once a design has been implemented, you will need to update the App source of truth screens.
