Don't show notifications for reported events
Right now we display push notifications for replies to your notes, even if the person replying has been reported by your or someone you follow. We should do a check for outstanding reports before showing the user a push notification, and show a content warning on the notification in the notifications tab.
Can we make this a setting? And not showing notifications for npubs with invalid nip05
