[Bug] Like counts are not working on staging

Steps to reproduce:

1. Log out of the app.
2. Log back into the app.
3. Look at a note you posted on Thursday or Friday last week that received like engagement in Nos.
4. Now look at it in Damus Issue: The counts don't match and in fact are way off.
