[Posthog] Update Posthog to display NIP05 instead of npub

Overview

  • Today we use npub to distinguish between unique users of the app. It would be easier to see active users by using NIP05's.

AC

  • For those users who have NIP05's display those in Posthog across all reports
  • For those without NIP05's continue displaying npubs.
