[residency updates] Update the images of people

Per feedback we need to update the people on the pages to reflect:

• more diverse ages and looks (on creator page you could use vtuber avatars for example)
• For both pages - all the creators and journalists are using high end equipment which implies we are looking for advanced creators.
• On the journalism page consider non-audio / video content creation image as an option.

You can work with Lexie if they have time (this is not their priority) to adjust the prompts.
