Speaker noise frequently upon plugging in charger. Play music for a moment to resolve.

It's kind of a staticy buzzing noise.

For ages, I'd been having to reboot it every time I plugged it in to charge to make the noise from the speakers stop. But I recently discovered that, after plugging in, if I play something on Spotify briefly, then it stops!
