Force Landscape quick toggle in notification menu needs to be re-set after reboot

The 'Force Landscape' quick toggle is very handy. But after rebooting, it is no longer in effect, despite the fact that the toggle appears enabled. I have to disable and then enable the quick toggle for it to be in effect again.
