Reacting to Messenger message from chat head window impossible due to constantly rotating screen

When I attempt to react to a Messenger message in a chat head window, the screen begins constantly rotating back and forth, making it impossible. Stopping the rotation requires closing the conversation by carefully hitting the back button on the Android nav bar before it moves again. Rather inconveniently, when I want to add a reaction, I have to do so from the Messenger app proper, or use Beeper. This could be a bug with the Messenger app, but as it's been like that for years, I think it's probably some interplay with something weird about how the Cosmo manages screen orientation.

Same here. Workaround is to force rotation briefly.

Messenger's chat heads feature does not seem to be available on the Astro; instead bing replaced with the Bubbles feature available in the newer version of Android, which sounds like it does the same thing across any messaging app. I'm still getting used to it, but thankfully it means that this issue does not apply to the Astro.
