Cover/earphone volume buttons don't work when lid closed and CoDi disabled

When the cover is closed and CoDi is disabled, the volume buttons on the phone and my earphones don’t work to adjust volume. Using CosmoCtl as workaround.

Device: Cosmo Communicator Android build number: Cosmo-9.0-Planet-02032021-V25
