Webp files are not regenerated when origin-file is moved

When enabled convert-all:

If you move an origin file for a webp file in fileadmin to an other folder the webp file stays in the old folder (which is not a problem) but no new webp file is generated in the new folder.

Another issue connected to this: When you move files into another directory, the webp file stays behind. So after moving the original file, you are not able to delete the source folder because it is not empty.
