Made some little change of Chinese localization file. 对中文翻译进行了一些更改。
将performanceNoGameServers项中文翻译的“滴答”重新替换为“tick”，因为“滴答”机器错误的翻译。 Replace the word "滴答" in the Chinese translation of performanceNoGameServers with "tick" because "滴答" is the wrong machine translation of tick. （建议再检查一下别的条目，因为有这一处就意味着很可能也有别的机翻错误。

Okay , just that . And what's more , I change the "tick" again to "刻" , because it was translate as "刻" in Minecraft Wiki . 我的检查基本完成了。 我把“tick”又翻译成了“刻”，因为 Minecraft Wiki 中“tick”确实会被翻译成“刻”。
Besides , the traditional Chinese in Taiwan Province ( zh_tw ) is slightly different from the traditional Chinese in Hong Kong ( zh_hk ) , but it won't have any great influence . Should I add it ? 另外，台湾的繁体中文（zh_tw）和香港的繁体中文(zh_hk)也有一点细微区别，不过不会造成什么大影响。需要加上吗？
