Ability to set the data gathering of player/server values (low priority)

I would like to be able to..

As discussed in the bug " https://github.com/plan-player-analytics/Plan/issues/3498 ", this could be nice to be able to set a "refresh rate for data gathering" (could be set for player ping, but maybe also for TPS, CPU, RAM (well, server related stats)).

This is definitively not an high priority request, but could save some server ressources for "low end systems".
