I would like to be able to..

See how much server is allocating memory (change over time)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The RAM graph can appear like a saw wave of allocating more memory until GC clears some of the used memory.

The rate of ascent for the RAM graph is the memory allocation rate.
