Use plugin messaging channel to show what server player is online on

I would like to be able to..

See the server player is online on on the sessions view on networks

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently online sessions on networks show 'Proxy' as the server.

Potential solution for this would be to use the plugin messaging channel to send the server uuid and server name to Plan running on the proxy server.

In my past attempts I couldn't figure out how to make the messaging channel work.
