Adjust Timezone On User End

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

If you have admins in multiple timezones, having just 1 server-set timezone can make it confusing to interpret the data for admins outside that timezone.

I would like to be able to..

Similar to how I can change my personal theme color in-browser, I'd like to be able to set a personal timezone so that I can easily interpret the data in terms of my timezone.

Wouldn't be a bad idea to also auto detect the time zone if it hasn't been previously set.
