TypeError just after receiving profile data

Hi, Im working through the steps of getting this to work, one weekend at a time. This time it looked like I was finally getting somewhere. Unfortunately, I received this typerror during the setup process, just after my entire profile was downloaded from the server.

The start.json appears to be fine. However no firmware files. Can anyone help me get to the next stage? Starting to get somewhat desperate.

The stability of my sure products has dropped a lot! Over the past couple of months. So much so that I pulled the hub offline for a while now and we've been manually opening and closing the flap.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
