hi plal, please make this claimer to deployable to heroku with all env value must be set & heroku buildpacks needed waiting for your response finest regards

I will be making this as soon as possible my friend. I am debugging some issues and have to migrate to postgreSQL (because sqlite3 is not consistent in heroku).
