enable dropbox 'open with...' intents to work

These changes allow opening, editing and saving changes with Writeily from the Dropbox app. Single test on my phone.

This would be much handy.

@plafue Could you please merge this and put out a new release? Or perhaps pass the project to a new maintainer?

Please merge this. It's totally ridiculous that if I find a .md file in the File Manager, I can't open it with Writeily just becase it's in the "wrong" folder. Writeily should get out of its one-directory silo and be a system-wide editor for Markdown files. Isn't this a step in this direction?

@scjb @dllud @ec1oud Hi there, as the project is no longer maintained/dead, and not available on F-Droid too anymore, I wanted to keep it alive. For that I forked and made it compile and runable again with current sdk and appcompat. I also cherry-picked your commits of this PR. I don't know yet where it will lead, and how much time I can invest, but I want to at least keep it updated to latest Android SDK.
