Add useful information for HASS addon, RS485-over-IP and Wiring Schema

Hi,

as promised i've create this PR which adds:

• Home Assistant Addons needed files
• Example of yasdi.ini for both COM and RS485-over-IP
• Example of wiring schema
• Example of RS485-over-IP configuration
• Examples of MQTT sensors for Home Assistant

Let me know if there are errors on img asset, I can put into a folder to avoid problems when delete my fork
