gStore DBpedia triple file is not accessible outside China - PLEASE FIX IT

Dear developers,

your REST API and your gStore are not accessible in some countries outside China.

We want to install a local version of gAnswer but we need to setup a local gStore but we cannot download the DBpedia_triple file from Baidu netdisk. We cannot create a Baidu account outside China.

Please, fix these issues otherwise your project is completely unavailable outside China.

We cannot replicate experiments on gStore and we are not able to include your system in our research activities.
