Enhancement: Manual Dimensions

Just a (hopefully) simple enhancement request that I'm surprised isn't already present:

Inputs for manual dimensions for width and height, so we have an alternative to just scale factors. There are workflows and just random for-the-heck-of-it scenarios that would greatly benefit from being able to slap in 1024x1024 or 619x114 (that's just a crazy random example).
