Scratchpad not visible

When running code with "Run as Scratchpad", the Scratchpad is not visible.

Steps to reproduce: Select "Project" > "Run as scratchpad"

What is expected to happen: A Scratchpad window should appear.

What happens instead: The code seems to be run, but the Scratchpad window is not visible - only a small, not resizeable shadow. When stopping the running process, the shadow disappears.

Operating System: elementaryOS (Ubuntu 16.04LTS) 4.4.0-109-generic x86_64

@dubst3pp4, thank you for the report. Do you get the same result (no window) when you use "Run" instead of "Run as scratchpad"?

Hi @pkulchenko thanks for the fast reply :-) When I use "Run", the IDE window lost its focus, gets the focus again and the program stops without errors. So "something" is happening, but I can't see it ;-)

Btw. ZeroBraneStudio worked some (two?!) years ago under the same constellation (elementaryOS / Ubuntu LTS) without problems. But I unfortunately don't remember which version it was...

I can confirm the effect, but it's not limited to the scratchpad, as I see it happening on other turtle-based scripts as well. Checking...

I am seeing the same thing on Ubuntu 18.04. The 'Lessons' work. The 'Demos' (including Turtle demo, Scratchpad demo, etc) run but do not display any additional windows or graphics.
